Established in 1932 by Elias C. Alvord, an administrative judge for the Federal Trade Commission, and Ellsworth C. Alvord, Special Assistant to Secretary of the Treasury Andrew W. We represent creditors, debtors, lessors and lessees in railroad equipment security transactions, including filings made to the Surface Transportation Board in Washington, DC.
